PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
No need to install agents to servers.
Lightweight solution built over linux.
Can be fully run from NAS device
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Update packages for Synology DSM 7 NAS devices are released too slowly, but that is caused more because of Synology policies than because of Nakivo, but Nakivo could try to make Synology faster.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I am happy with current set of features.

Old backup software didn't work properly with new VMware environment, but Nakivo worked.
