Simple, clean, easy, a great product!

What are the best aspects of this product?

The simple and clean web interface makes it easy to organize and schedule the backups along with the maintenance procedures. Incremental backups with compression combine security and space saving. Together with snapshots, the choice of flavor is yours.
The built-in manager also makes it possible to schedule and manage Nakivo instances on other systems in your cluster environment form only one instance making backups in larger scale smoother than you thought possible.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It depends on how you see it. The clean interface and nicely arranged interface makes things efficient to use with moderate options for various setting and parameters. It aims for a lower point of entry for new users but I would like to see even more options for fine-tuning in the future. However, the current state has plenty of options to play with.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

An extended advanced mod would be nice with more granular settings. Looking forward to one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The problem of backing up multiple VMs on multiple systems in a scheduled and coordinated way.
