What are the best aspects of this product?

I'd have to say it's the reliability. Setup and forget. So far we were able to restore anything we ever needed. Our companies data is critical to thousands of customers and indirectly to millions of people, thus data loss is not an option.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Exchange object restore sometimes does not work as reliable as the rest of the software and it only restores eml objects, not real outlook objects, thus some information is missing/different.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Better integration with exchange. Up until version 8.5.2 Nakivo doesn't populate the backup information in the exchange db.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Loss of a VM, exidental file deletion, loss of emails, "dynamic" setup of test environments.
