What are the best aspects of this product?
First of all they provide great support. Over time when we had issues they always went out of their way to provide satisfactory solutions.
It is very easy to setup and use regardless of the size of installation.
There is a lot of active development and not only toward new features, but also in improving stability and performance.
They try to get feedback from their userbase when planning for new features.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
File level recovery in large filesystems (> 1 TB) is slow in some file systems (eg XFS).
Space reclaim operation takes a long time (but has been improved recently).
