What are the best aspects of this product?

we are a cloud provider and we use Nakivo for VMWARE Backup and Replications, including disaster recovery. since we use nakivo backup and replication we can perform operation that would be very expansive using vmware license, for a very very affordable price, and even if our infrastructure should increase in the short time we can upgrade just the license to cover all the new devices we can use. we use nakivo backup and replication on qnap devices, and it covers up to 5 servers in the small environment.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

nakivo backup and replication does not have many other backuground area where it can be improved, and we are satisfied

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

An additional feature that would be appreciated is the disaster recovery automation. it could be improved using vcenter features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

backup and replication without using vcenter is a feature that would be appreciated. if the vcenter should go down, it would be very difficult to recover the infrastructure, so some solution to avoid restoring vcenter first and later restore the virtual machine from nakivo backup and replication.
