What are the best aspects of this product?
The support is great.
The API is great and make it possible to integrate Nakivo with any monitoring system.
Backup and recovery works like charm.
Easy to use.
Cluster aware
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Technically the agent doesn't support windows core editions, the backup and agents still works without problems but I am not sure how fare the support will support this setup if there rise some issues.
as Windows Hyper-V Server is viable ONLY without GUI there are no other options
