What are the best aspects of this product?

We recently deployed Nakivo B&R on our environment, the environment includes a PR site that has vCenter and a DR Site with a single VMware host. Nakivo creates replicas on the DR site using a P2P link. We have successfully done our first DR test using Nakivo with so much success.
The Nakivo support team was quite helpful and followed up on all of our support inquiries both throughout and after the implementation process.
I would recommend Nakivo to anyone looking for an alternative solution to Veeam

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The failover and Failback features are dependent on how your network is set up, it could be helpful if they could add a use manual feature

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A manual failback and failover feature just in case someone's network is not set up correctly

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our company was looking for a backup solution that would meet our RTO and RPO objectives, and Nakivo meet all our objectives
