The best backup software for Hyper-V that I have ever used

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best backup software I have ever used on Hyper-V
After struggling with a recent backup vendor 'Scraft' we considered the big 'V' but just seeing its download size over 2GB turned us off. Google to the rescue brought up Nakivo, with a 0.2GB download, 2 minute install, and a simple clean lightweight experience. I have a low tolerance for needless complexity as well as clunky design, which is all too common with IT software. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how well Nakivo just works with a steamlined UI, efficient use of resources, and excellent price point. As an IT service provider and MSP, we will be exploring using Nakivo for all our customer Hyper-V environments. It also works with vmware, which would have come in handy when we recently migrated a couple customers off of vmware to Microsoft Hyper-V. Lastly, it has some truly visionary features such as installing on a NAS and private and/or public cloud backup and replication.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some minor tweaks in the UI to make it easier to drill down from anywhere.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Freed up our time and budget from previous bloated clunky backup software. A simple cost effective easy manageable Hyper-V server backup software.
