The best aspects of NAKIVO Backup & Replication are its ease of use, efficiency, and security. The Flash VM Boot feature allows for instant recovery, minimizing downtime in case of failures. The immutable backups provide strong ransomware protection, ensuring data integrity. Additionally, deduplication and compression help reduce storage costs, making backups more efficient. Its web-based interface is intuitive, and the support for VMware, Hyper-V, physical servers, cloud environments, and Microsoft 365 makes it a highly versatile solution.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While NAKIVO Backup & Replication is a great solution, there are a few areas for improvement. The Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) could be more granular, especially for enterprises with multiple administrators. Advanced reporting and analytics could offer more customization options to improve visibility and compliance tracking. Additionally, native integrations with Google Cloud Storage and Backblaze B2 would provide more flexibility for businesses that rely on multiple cloud providers.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

In future versions, I would like to see more detailed and customizable reporting tools, allowing for trend analysis and predictive insights. Expanding RBAC controls with more permission levels would improve security management for large organizations. Additionally, adding native integrations with Google Cloud Storage, Backblaze B2, and other cloud storage providers would enhance its flexibility.
