What are the best aspects of this product?
Ease of use (even though useability still leaves room for improvement
Speed, especially when doing replication
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Useability does not keep up with the many features that have been added.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
All versions (even the low cost entry level products) should provide a management API that allows for integration into management software such as Icinga or other Nagios-compatible platforms. As an IT company we are managing several smaller customers and want to be able to be alerted when a job fails. A check_nakivo Nagios plugin would be fantastic and would open up new markets for you.
