What are the best aspects of this product?
I'm a MSP and I use to make backup service to my customers, so the thing i like the most is having a single console where i manage all the jobs for all customers.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
For now there is a direct connection without vpn only for linux based virtualization system, I hope to have also for hyper-v, so there is a lot of work to integrate the customer network in the backup system
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I'd like to have the possibility to move the repository or only single server repository to a different path or different transporter, because during maintenance if I run out of space some time I need to move to a different nas or storage space.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Before I had to manage all the backups only locally for each customer, but now I can manage everything together and on a local and remote copy
