Very flexible and cost-effective backup solution

What are the best aspects of this product?

Nakivo was our choice years ago for a simple but effective backup solution for Vmware.
During the years, it was constantly devleoped further with many features for our customers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Managed service backup solution is quite difficult, because of the need to open many ports at customers site. A proxy service would be better.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Not many, as the feature are complete as far as our needs go.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to provide a backup solution to all customers with all their environments.
