What are the best aspects of this product?

It is very easy to install and configure. Selecting what to backup is very flexible as are the multiple schedules that can be added for a specific backup job. It is very easy to restoe data.The support provided by Nakivo technicians is amazing, prompt and knowledgeable!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes a backup ends with an error because one of the many pieces of information was not backed up correctly, as a consequence the linked cascading backups do not run.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The linked backups should not depend on the success of the previous backup.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We used the product to backup the company information on Office 365.
