What are the best aspects of this product?
Ease of use and configuration. And the fact that is available on different hardware platforms - in our case we use it with our Synology storage.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes newest version is not available at the same time in Synology repo but it's a small inconvenience.
