What are the best aspects of this product?
Easy setup, and wide support for NAS Systems. Support ist very fast and easy to deliver by just creating a support bundle from the console.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Missing detailed errors in Backup Logs

More detailed logging and error handling .
