What are the best aspects of this product?
Price is great, beyond competitive. The installation and configuration were very easy. The product just works.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I was not entirely satisfied that I could not recover single email items from an Exchange mailbox, but I understand that's a limitation with the Exchange SDK. Regardless, restoring the mailbox is simple enough.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I'd like to see a better way to view all of the backup schedules on a calendar-type view to see all of the schedules together.

Backing up VMs to local NAS and our cloud storage.
