What are the best aspects of this product?
The best aspect of this product is the east of use of the menu and setup. Even if you have little knowledge
of the product you can work out what to do.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I can not see any problem with the software that I can think off.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to see compatibility with office 365 email

The main problem solved was backing up date to a tape drive and hard drive.
