What are the best aspects of this product?
Easy to install, configure and maintain
Powerful and rich with features
Supports multiple external storage devices
Works very fast by using compression algorithms
Their deduplication is phenomenal, saving TBs of space
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
so far - we have not had any problems.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
When restoring a VM, it should automatically know the entire path of the storage location, without you needing to type it in
When swapping a physical external drive (that we use for backups) it should remember the list of VMs you were backing up. Currently - you need to recreate the backup job and re-select all the VMs
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We did not have 3-2-1 backup policy in place. We also could not go back in time and retrieve specific files from backups.
