Nakivo is a powerful and versatile backup solution for VMWare, Hyper-V and Amazon EC2, with advanced resources of replication and backup copy, ensuring excellent performance and reliability. When compared with other solutions available, Nakivo has the same performance and resources but with lower costs. We have recomended Nakivo for more than 2 years in almost 100 hosts with more than 1 PB of backup!

Until now, Nakivo didn't present negatives aspects.
