What are the best aspects of this product?

Affordable compared to competition. Easy to use, user friendly interface. Customer care works well, I was guided every step of the way. Very intuitive UI.
Excellent low budget solution, great distributor and manufacturer support.
Overall it's easier to use than VEEAM.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We haven't had any issues so far.
