What are the best aspects of this product?
Office365 Backup/Recovery works like a charm. The complete backup of Office365 is a very good feature. Also OneDrive is included.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing in my mind.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Maybe the support for Proxmox. All virtual machines in Proxmox are backuped with the physical agent - and this works perfekt. No cons at all.
