What are the best aspects of this product?
I love the ability to connect everything, starting from ATS to on-boarding, benefit enrollment and payroll. Everything is in one place, every piece of information. Namely, allows our employees to go to the one specific person who is responsible for something specific instead of going around from place to place to get the help.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They need to work on the configuration settings, to implement more integrations and I really need the e-signature feature. Also, we would like to make an integration with DocuSign and API. I would like to see more instructions and documentations on integrations, because we have made an integration with ATS but we are not sure how this will affect our process for on-boarding employees.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Now on-boarding is done electronically and we use this product for the enrollment, this is great because employees can do this directly from their profile. Namely makes our work simpler because now everyone can see the employee’ titles and what is happening with workflows and notifications. Now the word is getting to the right people.
