What are the best aspects of this product?

We love Namely’s automation, it helps us to empower the employees so they can serve themselves and our managers are able to make changes on behalf of their employees so that everything flows into the payroll and benefits.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing I dislike about Namely.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Because of Namely our HR process is automated, we don’t need to handle all the work manually because everything is automatically managed through via the system. Our employees are allowed to see and keep track of their elections and PTO balances, they can get all the information they need by themselves.
