What are the best aspects of this product?
We can easily adapt Namely to our company’s needs. I love how they are open to new suggestions and feedback from their clients and they do anything to improve their product so it can fit their customers’ needs. I love the New Hire on-boarding functions, this will reduce the difficulties of adding new employee. I have to say that I am really amazed of its customer service and support, they offer us direct contact with our manager who helps us to solve the issues.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only thing I would change is the ability to keep the account manager from the start instead of having someone new to be our guide and account manager. This is not big deal, but as we work directly with our account manager we build trust with him and we really want to continue to work with him instead of having a new one. Also, it would be great to pair the client and a specialist in same time zone because of the scheduling of calls.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are able to manage our HR data and department, it is great and powerful tool for our managers, executives and employees. Everyone feels comfortable using it. We changed our manual system to complete automation, and we continually improve our processes.
