What are the best aspects of this product?
Easy to use and intuitive product for both administration and front-end users. The field of usage is flexible and it provides security roles to align in way that we can easily resolve problems. The roadmap is open to all clients’ opinions, they always hear their customer’s voice, feedback and suggestions. They always look for new ways to engage with their users and to develop new features that will meet their users’ needs. I want to see their new features.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Even though this is great product they always have some room to improve themselves and to grow on the workflow side. I really want to see some changes they keep in store and to find new ways to utilize the security groups. I believe they will work on their improvement and enhancement especially when it comes to Reporting Engine. We don’t use tons of papers anymore and this is great step for us. We want a software where we can keep track of every kind of data (more history, calculated fields and better filter capabilities).
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We finally moved from spreadsheets to automatic HR data system. And all our employees are able to access every piece of information for both themselves and for everyone in the company. They could search by location, department, team and other tools. Namely helps our employees to be more engage and to improve their communications with each other.
