What are the best aspects of this product?
Namely combines a few important aspects into one system and those are: Payroll, Benefits, HRIS and Performance Reviews. It allows even two people to manage the whole HR process. Every employee can look into the system and find out about their tenure. The other good thing is that we can retain our current broker and still keep track with Namely. It provides great features such as: Payroll Process, Reporting, Online enrollment, custom flow and many more. This product is customizable and allows you to design and reflect your own flow into one system.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great if they could include information tags for some fields, because sometimes I don’t know what am I doing on the benefits side. At the beginning the on-boarding was difficult for us. My advice is to roll out the HRIS first and then to roll out the Payroll, work in steps instead of rolling out everything at once.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We really got many benefits from using this product. We are able to connect with international teams, to track the requests and changes and time off requests. Our managers are able to keep track of employee information and to make more professional decisions. It allows us to add data to masot pages in OE and to setup links to documents.
