What are the best aspects of this product?

Firstly, I am amazed of their customer service, they will guide through every step and they will try to fix every issue you face no matter how insignificant may be. It is very customizable and easy to use the reports writer. I provides great integration with other parts of the system (Payroll, Benefits and Talent). It is amazing how this tool is extra responsive and meets all our needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They need to work on the scalability, it is true that they come up with the solution but the timelines are pushed back for e.g. in carrier feeds on benefits platform and eSign in on-boarding tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It saves us time especially when it comes to hiring managers and employees. Even employees are allowed to use Namely and to find answers by themselves.
