What are the best aspects of this product?
Natero is a great data management system that provides a wide range of capabilities including workflow management, a number of helpful integrations, control panel, customer data as well as health score, predictive analysis and many more. The predictive analysis is very helpful in prioritizing concerns or determining who among the customers need immediate attention. And because of the range of functionalities, we do not need to invest and use different systems to handle different tasks like what I’ve mentioned above. But despite the incredible features, the software remains easy to use which is great. Overall, we believe that this software has so much potential.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I cannot think of any negative feedback, just some probable improvements specifically in terms of the integration process. It would be great and more effective if the app team deploys one of their professional and adept members to directly help end users handle the incorporation process.

Natero simply exceeded our expectations. It brings us more benefits than what we expected. We gain greater visibility on the life cycle of customers, able to customize workflows, enjoyed custom account panels and many more. This platform brings us one step ahead of the competition.
