PROS: It can accommodate large data set and easily highlights all areas of these data, allowing us to see which aspects are lacking and need to be improved. As a company that contains large amount of data, Natero brings multiple benefits that other software can’t afford to give.

CONS: Our company has a unique setup where we evaluate clients and generate reports about them. When doing this, we want to link accounts and categorize clients according to their types to make accessing and reviewing data a lot easier and faster. Hope Natero does something to help us with this matter.

PROS: As an administrator, I need to see every activity that my clients are doing. With Natero, we are able to grab some insights about our clients and this something we cannot find on other solutions. The ability to know what they are doing and when they are not using our products had made my team stronger and more proactive. This capability lets us create an efficient workflow and experiment with new things with playbooks and alerts. Not to mention, the help desk is also amazing.

CONS: If I am editing the client’s profile in the app, I wish it would stick no matter what our local record system conveys. Also, making custom dashboards is a tad hard because I initially need to chart details elsewhere. That’s a bit frustrating.

PROS: Natero is a great data management system that provides a wide range of capabilities including workflow management, a number of helpful integrations, control panel, customer data as well as health score, predictive analysis and many more. The predictive analysis is very helpful in prioritizing concerns or determining who among the customers need immediate attention. And because of the range of functionalities, we do not need to invest and use different systems to handle different tasks like what I’ve mentioned above. But despite the incredible features, the software remains easy to use which is great. Overall, we believe that this software has so much potential.

CONS: I cannot think of any negative feedback, just some probable improvements specifically in terms of the integration process. It would be great and more effective if the app team deploys one of their professional and adept members to directly help end users handle the incorporation process.

PROS: Natero is a flexible and easy-to-use product that brings lots of features. Our Customer Success team is able to carry out our everyday activities more fluidly thanks to this program’s functions, such as workflows, tasks, and alerts. There’s also a feature that allows us to monitor and follow up tasks in order to ensure that they will be completed. The product also provides us with increased visibility into our customer experience which allows us to determine which of our clients are having unpleasant experience so that we can do something about it. The handiest functions for us are the Computed Metrics, Custom Dashboards and Dimensions, and Alerts. We’re also thankful to the Echo, for being so responsive to our queries.

CONS: This is a very smart tool which is why we already expected some of the drawbacks we experienced. For example, setting it up at first is tedious and complicated. Also, we must be very specific in identifying the data points that need to be captured.

PROS: This software helped our Customer Success team build a more valuable and deeper relationship with our clients by providing a plethora of tools and functionalities essential to the team’s nature of work. Among the functionalities that are really helpful include the ability to custom configure customers health score as well as to foresee the complexity of our client’s projects so we are able to guarantee that only the right resources are assigned.

CONS: There’s no native NPS functionality so we have no choice but to integrate and use a third party application. It would be nice if they would include this feature on the platform. The email workflows are also a bit weak in comparison to other platforms available in the market.
