What are the best aspects of this product?

As an administrator, I need to see every activity that my clients are doing. With Natero, we are able to grab some insights about our clients and this something we cannot find on other solutions. The ability to know what they are doing and when they are not using our products had made my team stronger and more proactive. This capability lets us create an efficient workflow and experiment with new things with playbooks and alerts. Not to mention, the help desk is also amazing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If I am editing the client’s profile in the app, I wish it would stick no matter what our local record system conveys. Also, making custom dashboards is a tad hard because I initially need to chart details elsewhere. That’s a bit frustrating.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve been looking for software that will give us in-depth insights about our clients and help generate a work process to a particular scenario. Also, we come to a situation where we need to monitor the lifestyle of our clients and benefit from the success we found in each. Natero paved the way for all of these goals.
