PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The very first impression itself was great. It was very easy to set up and use the solution. We had the ability to customize many features ourselves. We managed to get our rental contract configured in the system and using Navotar’s digital signature pads was so cool, now we are 100% digitalized. I had few concerns while the start and the support team helped me on time to get things on shape. Started with 20 cars and now we have expanded and managing almost 45 cars with Navotar.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Haven't found anything yet.... Earlier felt it is pricy but it’s worth the investment.

We have been using the software for more than five years and we are very glad about the quality of this product. Since the beginning, the customer support has been very helpful with all the problems and now the software is working as advertised. I would say the best solution in the market.
