What are the best aspects of this product?
Hands down, the customer service is fantastic. I don't know about other rental companies, but using software normally is a hassle, especially something as intricate as Navotar, so many functions and features take time learning. And Navotar's Support Staff always comes through. Sri and Shahan are great at what they do, always very knowledgeable and friendly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are a lot of functions, but that being said, it takes time to learn them all - If the site had a built-in tutorial system, it would be 10 times more helpful.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
The ability to customize your own invoices/agreements instead of having to ask customer service to do it - also an API/Widget you can use for your personal websites
