What are the best aspects of this product?
The daily planner feature is simply the best, it helps me manage the reservations on a next level, especially im able to view the vehicles that require to be picked up and also the ones that need dropping.

In terms of the mobile application, the function to view the availability of vehicles could be better.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
They could improve the user interface a bit more user friendly. A layperson may find it a bit hard to operate, a user friendly version can reduce to the training time it requires.

By using the quick look up feature, it was helpful for us to check the details in terms of the checkout and check-in dates and time and total rates,etc by simply typing the customer's phone no. on the home dashboard.
