What are the best aspects of this product?

Navvia contains a pre-made ITIL-compliant process templates. It can be tweaked to suit your the needs of your business rather than starting out from the very beginning. Its subscription comes with training courses that my team found very useful. What's more, the training is free of charge. Since the subscription contains limitless read-only licenses, everyone in our organization ca look into process documentation and make use of training without added cost.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's a bit of a learning curve with the design tool. It takes some time to completely understand how it works. Fortunately, its ease of use has dramatically improved since starting the subscription.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks largely to the tool, we're now able to have multiple ITIL-compliant service management processess. Before, we either had little or none of it. This tool pushed us to move quicker than what we would've originally thought. It played an instrumental role in facilitating an important change happening in our organization.
