What are the best aspects of this product?

The Navvia team has great knowledge when it comes to IT Service Management. Thanks to them, our processes are now mature. We look forward to teaming with them as we carry out newer processes. Since making a move to ServiceNow several years ago, we've been engaged with Navvia consultatnts in helping us with a CMDB solution. This proved to be a useful tool in understanding our inventory (both software and hardware). We're able to include CI costing tO CMDB, which proved to really helpful for insurance reasons.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing bad at all. Our experiences with Navvia have all been positive.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As previously indicated in my response, we're in the last stage of our CMDB. At the same time, we're also in the same stage for the costing project. We're expecting to engage Navia to look into our process prior to closing the project.
