What are the best aspects of this product?

Its online portal offers my team everything they need for creating physical and logical ITIL business processes. And that's a really great thing! Logical process models are being utilized in managing and organzing business processes. Meanwhile, physical models are used in configuring the ITSM tools as well as business process workspace templates. All positives for my team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its busines process modelling tool is missing functionality in linking business processes automatically. The dev team is in the middle of doing or including such feature to the BPM toolset.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The NAVVIA toolset assisted our team in creating robuts IT processes. We've also been using it for auditing and evaluation. What's more, we've made use of it to refine business processes in IT.
