What are the best aspects of this product?
Navvia offers great support. The tool's functionality is unlimited. I make use of this tool for creating Process Maturity Assessment as well as processing documents. There's no other tool like it in the market that does what I want in my job daily. Its ServiceNow-related process Documents are a huge win as we're heavily dependent on it. Having the ability to make custom-processed documents for our processes is a huge plus.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The one thing I hated with the tool is how users will have to go through a learning curve. Once you get a grip on the tool and you learn your way around it, it's a great thing. The tool's intuitiveness is great, but users may have a hard time keeping up with it. I'm happy with how we no longer need to have a long list of "hate" with the tool. The tool is constantly evolving to assist in the functions and aims of every organization.

This is a big advantage for us since we now have an all-in-one tool for my processing needs. Since it now has docs related to ServiceNow, is a major upside for our organization.
