What are the best aspects of this product?
Everything required for process documentation is made available in Navvia. There aren't any purchase levels consisting or excluding specific functionality. Even with the components there, you have the option to go big or small with data. It's a plus having ServiceNow accelerators since we're currently a ServiceNow shop. Onboarding training appears to be thorough.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I was hoping they'd have some kind of an Undo button! Even with its thorough onboarding training, there's still plenty to learn. It may appear intimidating at first, but once you get around it, it's like having other tools that you'd frequently use.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
There are so many issues companies are facing today. These include lack/incomplete documentation, process alignment all over the organization, and gathering/monitoring data for consistent service enhancement. But this tool resolved them in so many ways. It accomplished things we didn't think of in the first place. It created complete and detailed documentation for processes to better comprehend on they're integrated.
