What are the best aspects of this product?

Navvia is highly intuitive. It offers awesome assistance in the process of mapping. It also also allows for tech specifications and workflow documentation for dev teams. As a result, it decreased development times. And that's nothing to put down!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There wasn't one thing that we'd like to change or hate. It's a superb product!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Navvia was being used during the Service-Now platform within the IT department. A majority of ITSM processes and other customized processes were succesfully documented. Businesses that need to be resolved possess fully documented processes. These include RACI documentation and vetted workflows to the team in Service-Now implementation. Getting all these processs done allowed for enhanced documentation with minimal scope creep --- all within one central repository.
