What are the best aspects of this product?

We love the comprehensive approach and structure involved in the software process design. Its ITL templates have been really useful. Training as well as customer support has been one of our best experiences. Their response time was quick. Support was excellent. They're expert using the tool and won't slow down to a stop until your problems are solved or you've successfully accomplished training.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We dislike creating separate profiles for every process. That way, we can build on things such as version control. But then again, this hasn't hindered us from using it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

By means of process implementation, we've brought the closer between business and IT. This enabled us to carry out high quality and consistent IT services.
