What are the best aspects of this product?

Needles is very helpful for managing cases since it lets us create and find important details easily. We can also put the tasks that we need to complete in a list, then tag each of them with the right schedule or deadline. As a result, our processes and services have become smoother and more efficient.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The onboarding team has provided us with bad service. They didn’t fully explain all the functionalities of Needles. In fact, I’ve only learned most of the vital functions of Needles through online guides and tutorials.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Needles stores all essential info that we must securely handle, and we can easily access such info as well. The checklist feature for organizing all of our tasks is also very handy.
