What are the best aspects of this product?

Needles platform is a complete CRM for law firms. It has almost all the features we need such as a highly secured local database. It also allows flexible personalization to make the tool suit our business well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

All features in the tool are useful, but adding more functions and options can make Needles even better. Improving its personalization settings would be wonderful too. I also wish that the Needles package comes at lower rice rates.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The Needles platform is perfect for storing and managing all the cases that we handle in the firm. It is also very accessible to all our personnel, as well as it is great for managing user tasks and operations each day.
