Fitting database platform for law practice services

What are the best aspects of this product?

Needles is a reliable database that helps in keeping you updated or informed with all documents and schedules; as long as you’d encode all details properly according to the procedures. The first time I’ve used the platform, I’ve instantly found that Needles is a fitting tool according to my needs and preferences. It is helpful for monitoring and tracking everything that is needed in our company. Also, it comes with powerful and efficient reporting features that let us make our own reports instantly. This has made our old platform completely obsolete for contact management, scheduling and document handling today.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are troublesome problems that I’ve encountered in Needles, but I’m greatly bothered with some limitations in making user changes in the tool. One being the inability to intuitively align the tabs in the UI after inputting some info. This makes some pages look odd, and pushes us to spend some minutes aligning the tabs. I wish this problem would be solved in the next updates.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is a really fitting database for a law practice company like ours. It lets us easily find important details without wasting time, and helps in keeping us on track with schedules.
