What are the best aspects of this product?

Our firm handles a lot of cases, which translates to us managing tons of documents and information. This makes it hard for us to immediately retrieve needed information, especially when we need a specific detail on demand for a client. Needles has made things easier because of its neat and simple interface. Its database stores and manages all or essential information, and we can efficiently retrieve any of it by simply typing-in a client’s surname.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I dislike the notification alert audio when I receive a message, thus I hope I can toggle it off. This is not a big issue for me, though. Moreover, I find Needles somehow expensive, but its features and functions justify the price. This tool is a perfect choice for our small firm that handles many cases.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Needles streamlines storage and retrieving of information in our small law firm. It has a smooth UI that helps us monitor all client information efficiently. This makes it easy for us to find specific info in a snap, especially when a client calls with some queries regarding their case. This is essentially useful since we handle many cases in our office.
