What are the best aspects of this product?

The tool features convenient fields that are arranged together into tabs or sections. This makes it easier for us to store important info for all our cases.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We experience some problems when searching for names that are encoded improperly. This is specific to entries that have space after the comma between the surname and the first name. The tool also requires each admin to have some classifications before they can do any tweak on the platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Needles is the best, smoothest and easiest way to keep case information and files without physical hardcopies. This makes it very easy for us to retrieve any valuable info we need at a given moment. It is also wonderful to note that I can insert my email address to each case info through the Outlook plugin.
