Needles has tons of great features. However, I like its record request section the most.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is somehow difficult to search for names on the platform. You should spell a name without any mistake to find it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is very useful in arranging all our files. It also helps in the flow of our work, such as reminding us about what to complete at a specified time. It also has a value section wherein we can easily monitor liens, medical bills and operational costs among others.
