What are the best aspects of this product?
Some of the functions of Neon CRM that I enjoy is membership tracking, event management, and payment collection. It's awesome that I can do all these on a single platform. I love that it's accessible regardless of your location since it's cloud-based. I also find it easy to learn.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The search function can still be improved since it's a bit inconsistent.
