What are the best aspects of this product?
NetBase is the primary tool we use for social listening in our organization. We appreciate its reliability in delivering mentions and author count information. The text analytics, especially the different word clouds for brands, personalities etc. is useful as well. Their customer support is responsive and helpful.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is difficult to drill down to local geographies outside the US (and posssibly Europe). While drilling down by country is easy enough, drilling down by state and city can be a problem.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use it to glean insights on our content, marketing, distribution and broadcast technology. It is a strong social listening tool that allows to do a great degree quantitative and qualitative analysis.
