Pros: There is no other platform that even comes close to what NetBase offers in analyzing sentiment and sentiment drivers. Whenever I need help with the product, I very much appreciate how helpful and knowledgable the Netbase account manager and social analyst team are. They are always available to help me out.
Cons: Occasionally I am overwhelmed by the incredible number of options for analysis. The dashboard feature is also really confusing to set up. But once you figure it out, it can be such a powerful tool.
