PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Netbase is great in resolving business issues and inquiries. It can tackle matters ranging from campaign performance overviews to landscape investigation. The UI is user-friendly. They're constantly releasing enhanced and new features whenever there are platform changes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While its frequent changes to features are of great use, it can be difficult to be an expert using this tool. This is largely a result of the evolving social media. But I feel training sessions done on a regular basis are important. It keeps you updated with what's going on with the tool and leveraging to its maximum capabilities.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're using Netbase for our business needs. For the most part, its for New Business or for research in campaign development. We've been using Netbase in spotting the competitive landscape for existing/potential clients. We assist in spotting overall market sentiment and opportunities.
